1) Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to: (a) access to and use of swiftlayercake.com; and (b) submitting tour requests through the website. Where applicable, an individual tour booking may be governed by additional information provided during the request/booking process.

2) Requests, booking, and availability

Your submission of a request is not a purchase of a confirmed tour unless and until the seller/provider confirms the booking. Availability, schedules, and pricing may change. Any confirmation (including by email) will describe the essential details of the tour.

If you submit personal data to arrange a tour, you must provide accurate information.

3) Seller/provider identification (electronic commerce)

4) Tours, visitor experience, and limitations of liability

Heritage rail sightseeing tours may be subject to operational factors such as timetable changes, weather conditions, or rail network/operational constraints. We strive to provide the experience described during confirmation, but actual details may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the business is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from events outside our reasonable control, or from the visitor’s failure to follow safety instructions and applicable requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

5) Personal data

If you submit data through forms (e.g., name, phone, email, or booking details), the business processes personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that personal data is collected for the purpose of handling the request and organizing the tour.

6) Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint related to a tour request/booking, please contact us using the contact details in the footer. We will consider your complaint as required by law.

Disputes may also be resolved through alternative out-of-court mechanisms and other legally provided procedures.
